Nom, nom, nom.... too good to be true. I am on HCG diet currently and existing on such strict diet gets a bit too much sometimes. One piece of chocolate is only 30 calories and does a quick fix without too much of guilt. But like others mentioned, I wish it was a bit cheaper.

We use these in our office for our clients that can not have sugar. They love them. I have been sneaking one once in a while, too, because they do not have one of the sugar substitutes that are excitotoxins. (Read Excitotoxins:The Taste that Kills by Russell Blaylock) They are sweetened with Malitol, an alcohol sugar. The only hazard with that is if you eat too much of it, it may cause loose stools, so that is a self limiting factor! But they are very tasty and as long as you don't stuff yourself on them, a nice low cal treat.

Great for Sugar Free. Been buying these for years. The only problem is they will age out or turn white and nasty after a few months. The bigger problem is the they melt during shipping. They use to ship them in a cool pak but they don't anymore so your chances of getting melted chocolate is very high in the summer months. They do not taste good if melted. I have to return them occasionally.

Why not make all chocolate sugar free? It does not budge your blood sugar level and satisfies your craving for something sweet. It is sweetened with Splenda which does not break down in your body and is safe to consume (Splenda does not break down with heat at the given heat levels of human digestion). There are about 20 net carbohydrates with 5 of the chocolate pieces and they are dark chocolate to boot. Just a wonderful little treat with no bad carbohydrate loading to speak of. Very good quality chocolate too. I recommend these treats if you are counting carbohydrates in your diet.
