rockergirl : Weird...

Someone left a pack of this brand and flavor gum on our break room table at work. There is a rule at my job....if you put something down on that particular table, it's for everybody to have. It was laying there all day, and it was practically full, so I decided to try a piece. Watermelon is my second favorite flavor next to spearmint. Right off the bat, the flavor was nice. I chewed not even 5 minutes when I noticed the gum completely lost the flavor and started developing another flavor to it. Like a metal(ly) chemical flavor of some sort. Couldn't taste the watermelon whatsoever after that. I pitched that piece as well as the whole pack. I didn't want anyone else tasting that. Gross! Back to Spearmint Orbit I go...

I enjoyed the watermelon flavor sold in stick form from the box, so I thought this would be a good bargain. The white coding on this gum is changes the flavor altogether - not very pleasant. Get the stick form - not this.

Good but the flavor doesn't last that long and gets kind of hard to chew after about ten minutes.

I like the watermelon flavor of this gum, and they're not lying when they say the flavor lasts longer. The extra fruit sensations gum is the longest lasting gum I've found. The only negative I have for this gum is one piece really isn't enough for me, I chew two at once.

Only issues is that some packages seem to get old? Not as fresh as store bought; although sometimes store bought can have the same feeling. Hit and miss. Don't get me wrong most are good but a few pack seem to have gotten old.

I like some of the other flavors of Extra Fruit Sensations gum, but this watermelon flavor gum just tastes flat. Flavor only lasts a couple of minutes; much less than the other flavors.
