There are several different flavors of this gum available. I received the spearmint flavor and it is so refreshing. I don't like a really strong minty flavor but this gum has just the right amount. I'm really enjoying it! I would say the flavor lasts about an hour before I'm ready to spit it out.

I love the fact that it's sweetened with xylitol and it's good for my teeth by preventing tooth decay. This is a huge bag of gum containing 1000 pieces. I'm so glad that this gum is aspartame free because I've heard a lot of negative things regarding aspartame.

The bag is resealable which makes it so convenient and easy to obtain the gum. It's very easy to use the seal on this bag of gum. I've had bags before that no matter what I did I couldn't get the seal to stay closed. I would recommend this gum to anyone even children to prevent tooth decay.
