Questions about Dark Chocolate (MALLO CUP) 1.5oz 24pack

Both on the milk chocolate but more noticable on the dark, some of the marshmellow always gets thru the bottom, which is much too thin! WHY?

Answer: Hi Robert, We feel your pain! This is something we always struggle with. It is a result of air being blown into the bottom of the cup to spread the chocolate out when it is first deposited. This machinery is original and they didn’t have the technology to make things exact that we do today. Regardless, we love it, and try to work with its limitations. Usually, it’s just a simple adjustment to reduce the air. Thank you for your support. Have a great day!

I bought these last month now they won't ship to Oregon.. Why????

Do they ship packed with dry ice during the summer months?

Answer: During the summer months and when shipping to warmer areas, we insulate boxes and pack each shipment with ice packs to prevent melting.

do you realize coast is spelled like this, and not cost.it just reflects bad on the company?

Answer: I do not recall the misspelling. If a company does this then yes it does reflect on the company.

I have purchased these every Valentine's day for the past 6 years for my husband because he loves them and they are hard to find. This is the first box that wasn't good. The marshmallow was more like taffy and pretty hard. Seems like the box was stale. Very disappointed. Usually they are great. Afraid now to ever buy again. : (

Yummy!! I saw some dark chocolate Mallo Cups at Christmas time in a local store. I bought them on a whim, because I had
eaten regular Mallo Cups as a child (they were a favorite treat!). I am a BIG FAN of dark chocolate, so when I saw these,
I was very excited! They were delicious!! Unfortunately, after the Christmas season, I wasn't able to find these anywhere.
I check Amazon one day when I was having a craving and hallelujah--there they were! I bought a 24 pack, and shared
them with my family. We LOVED THEM!!

Leave it to Amazon to offer Mallo Cup in hard to find dark chocolate. Same great taste I remember 50 years ago. Bought the discounted 24-pack to give away to customers and friends. They go crazy on the unique taste. Size of the cups look to be the same after other candy manufacturers downsize. Will buy again for unique gifts. Great packaging and comes from Factory direct.

So far EVERY individual candy wrapper has been stuck to the bottom of each candy piece. We haven't been able to get all the paper off. That means some paper ends up in our mouths! After eating a Mallo Cup we have to spit paper out. Disgusting!

I stumbled upon these when traveling not in my local stores. They are different. They look like Reeses Peanut butter cups but are way different. There is a white creamy center with coconut flakes. The taste is great and the feeling in your mouth is also. I can't eat just one. Since they are not available locally I ordered a lot to spread out the shipping cost.

The dark chocolate tastes over cooked and burnt. The center was/is hard! Not creme as advertised it is marshmallow. Want to return box of 24 that was purchased. I now see they are not returnable. Big waste of money!! Throwing away.

Unfortunately, the marshmallow is melted through the bottom of each piece which makes the paper cup stick to the chocolate. The "best by" date is December 2017 so I can only assume these were stored somewhere too warm. After tasting the entire thing, the bottom tastes like paper. I have tried cutting off the bottoms, but it's too sticky/messy. I recommend asking about storage when ordering anything chocolate prior to purchasing.
