There’s a bite in the air, and leaves are falling from the trees; autumn has arrived! In addition to pumpkin patch trips and spooky hayrides, it’s time to celebrate goblins, ghosts and Halloween fun, as well as give thanks for the things that are important to us.

In honor of the season of falling leaves, these limited-edition Fall Harvest Candies are a great way to add an extra dash of autumnal flavor to your day!

Hint: Cake is best when warmed (microwaved 10 seconds) prior to adding sauce and other ingredients.

Ingredients

1 Chocolate Cake Piece, Large
¾ Cup Chocolate Sauce
2 TWIX Caramel Cookie Bars, Split Into Halves
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Toasted Pecan Halves
1 oz. Caramel Sauce

TWIX Candy VooDoo Cake Recipe

Yield: 1 Serving

Directions:

Place cake in center of large dessert plate.
Drench cake in chocolate sauce. (Sauce should pool onto plate and surround cake.)
Randomly insert pieces of TWIX Caramel Cookie Bars into cake, one-quarter of the way down. You want the pieces to look like random spikes jutting mysteriously outward from the cake for a 'voodoo effect'.
Sprinkle pecan halves over cake and plate.
Drizzle cake and plate with caramel sauce.
Serve immediately.

Answer: i'm going to say between 140 to 150 pieces.

Answer: The photo of the package says 168 pieces!

If i buy this chocolate will they be refrigerated? There are mixed reviews about. Please let me know.

Answer: The package I received was not refrigerated.

Answer: I ordered these for Halloween - good mixture - don't see any reason to refrigerate. They don't melt that easily here.

Answer: If the product is sold and shipped by Amazon.com, the product will not be shipped with ice packs at this time of year. Ice packs are only used from May 1 - October 1 due to warmer temperatures. Melting should not be a concern during this time of year because of the cooler temperatures.

Good sized bag for halloween. Didn't realize they're the mini-size bars, but whatever!

Taste: It's candy, common. I, unlike others, did not have a problem with the candy having a white-ish coat.
Price: Cheaper than most places. If you're a Prime member, don't even bother wasting gas and time going to Costco or a Supermarket, with two-day free shipping and comparable prices, sit back and enjoy these tasty treats and reorder quickly online.
Shipping: Did not have a problem with melting and I ordered these during the summer.

This is a misleading sales technique. The bag announces 4 types of candy bars, and the graphics on the Twix label are the largest, due to the lettering style. However, the selection is almost entirely made up of Three Musketeers and Milky Ways, with a lesser amount of Snickers and almost NO Twix bars. I will not be purchasing this again.
