I almost broke a tooth. Opened my first one and bit down, whoa, hard as a rock, after leaving it sitting in my mouth for quite a few minutes, it got softer but not chewy. It stuck to my teeth too. These were so disappointing, esp. seeing all the good reviews, shocked how hard and awful they are. I do not recommend !!
