Answer: Because it’s my absolute favorite flavor of laffy taffy, but my kids also consider it their favorite. The bags with the variety of flavors only have 4-5 banana ones in them so it’s worth it- for us anyway- to get this. ????

Should there have been a Air-tight seal on the top inside of the container?

Answer: On the outside of the container, a plastic strip that is heat shrunk to fit the purple lid to the clear bottom. Not like the glued on piece of paper inside bottles. Mine was tampered with. But with all the candy individually wrapped, the company may not see a problem like a consumer would address.

Stuggled to get the wrapper off almost every piece.and in many pieces the wrapper had some candy on it that could not be removed. I put a few pieces in the freezer and the wrapper came off better on some. I think that you have to store this candy in a much cooler place since once it gets warm it sticks like glue to the wrapper. I do not know why I waste my time answering you about some of your products since you never have responded or offered to replace the procuct ....

The cool thing about this product...it's all banana Laffy taffy! You don't have to weed thru the other flavors in a mixed box. The reason I gave it low stars...I purchased it as a gift. The purple top was missing and the candies were all over the inside. A few were stuck on another item that was purchased. So in essence, it's no longer a gift when it's an open product arriving wo purple lid. I see it still had plastic and was probaly puntured by other item in box. It's like you ordered a barrel of cheese balls and Amazon just empties container in box. Very strange Amazon.

Where I live they don't sell much Laffy Taffy, I'm only able to find it around Halloween in variety packs of candy. But this is soooooo good!
