Answer: In spite of what it says on the Amazon blurb, the chocolate version I had didn't have wheat in it. I avoid gluten products in order to avoid wheat. I've a food allergy and it bothers my asthma when I eat anything with wheat in it.

What is the volume? it says 350 g which is not 25 oz. if you enlarge the photo it says 25 oz/750 g so which is it?

Answer: I store it in the refrigerator, although you do not have to. Make sure lid is on tight. My item is eaten within a week, it is that delicious. Healthy too.

Very nice traditional halvah. Fluffy but crisp too. Vanilla flavor isn’t as strong as I had hoped considering other reviews but it’s tasty all the same. My only complaint is the package was cracked upon arrival but that’s the post office not the manufacturer.

This is very good, but you can definitely taste the vanilla. It has a sort of marshmallowy swirl in it, too. It's delicious, but does vary from plain halvah. If you're looking for plain, this is not it. You'll have to get both, because this is so tasty I want to try the chocolate kind, too. The texture is what you would expect, and it is definitely halvah. It just has that vanilla swirl also.
