Got these for my mom, thankfully she doesn't mind sharing. Great as a little snack after dinner. Perfect combination of salt, chocolate, and caramel. The chocolate is high-quality, the salt isn't overpowering, and the caramel isn't too chewy and doesn't get stuck in your teeth. A great little treat.

I have order this several times and have never had a issue. This time however, this batch was awe full ! The chocolate tasted old and was hard. Some packages had the Carmel oozing out. What am I supposed to do?
