CiCi : Simply Delicious ????

I am absolutely happy with this chocolate bar, perfect amount of bitterness, sweetness, & chocolate.

I debated if the chocolate would taste better with almond and sea salt. Maybe.

But I have 12 bars of this delicious ???? chocolate that would last me quite a while to finish. Haha ???? I have been advised to enjoy & eat it slowly. Maybe I should use it to cook or bake?

Orlando Pizzicato : The box reeked of dryer sheets!

I can't imagine how this happened, but when I opened the box, the packing material, and each individual bar absolutely reeked of dryer sheets. I understand most people actually like that smell, but a) I am allergic to the toxins in them and b) this stuff is supposed to be EDIBLE! We unwrapped a couple of the bars, which are individually wrapped in foil, then in cardboard. One was okay, and the other was sickening. The individual cardboard wrapper, which was tossed in the recycle bin, could be smelled from across the kitchen.

Very, very disappointed.

Perugina bittersweet 70% is our absolute favorite. We've ordered from Amazon before, always arrived fresh. This time, however, the chocolate had melted through, and cooled, destroying the wonderful mouth feel and flavor. This package was delivered June 19, and temps did get into the 90s just prior..I just opened the box it came in, don't recall it arriving with refrigerated package.

I have purchased this Chocolate several times and have been pleased. However, the chocolate I received this May has light chocolate stripes in the bar which looks unappetizing and does not taste good. The entire chocolate bar has an off taste. I’m not at all happy with it and will probably choose a different brand not time. Really used to enjoy this with wine after dinner but not anymore.
